This qualifications have been developed to conform to the requirements of the Ofqual Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), to meet the requirements of higher education and employers and to meet the needs of learners. Learners looking to achieve a Level 4 qualification should be advised of all the opportunities available at this level (Eg Higher Apprenticeships, Higher Technical Qualifications, Undergraduate Degree programs ).

The aims of these qualifications are to develop knowledge, skills and understanding in a range of subject areas which are pertinent to the development of learners both working towards junior management roles (eg office manager, business support manager, accounts manager, sales manager, marketing associate, business sales executive) and progressing in higher education.   • Other equivalent international qualifications

Certification

Students who successfully complete the program will be awarded Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management by ATHE, UK.

Progression Pathway

Upon successful completion of the Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management qualification, the Learners can progress to the following and enhance their educational profile,

  • Entry to a Level 5 ATHE Diploma in Management
  • ATHE level 5 Extended Diploma in Management
  • Entry to a variety of Bachelor’s Degree Programmes in the Second Year at a higher educational institute
  • Employment in Middle Manager position
